The Middle East .. A Region At A Crossroads

The Middle East is at a crossroads, facing a turbulent landscape that requires research centers’ efforts to analyze, deconstruct, and develop a vision for a way forward. This is the role undertaken by the Egyptian Center through various approaches. Mr. Galal Nassar, Head of the Arab and Regional Studies Unit at the Center, provides an overview of how the Center engages with these developments, particularly through its publication of the book “The Middle East: A Region at a Crossroads.” The book explores the region’s conflicts, the positions of different actors, and the interplay between various regional projects.
